I went to buy a trailer for my granddaughter's little bike and one for my grandson. As usual there's non in stock,like last time ,their only 10 dollars each ,but to get 2 On line is 69 dollars just in post,so my grandkids didn't get the trailers I promised them.
Just paid 100 for a product advertised elsewhere for less than 70. Paid in cash and when I realised I wasn't getting any change I said sorry didn't realise it was that much. Still in the shop receipt in hand and was refused refund!!@
Went yesterday for a scooter part, the lady was really helpful behind the counter as I didn’t know part size. She went above and beyond to help but unfortunately unable to find size and part. Even though we didn’t buy anything she was friendly and five star customer service. Will be returning and telling friends and family.
Very friendly helpful staff. They set up a scooter to see if my son liked it before I spent the money on it. Good atmosphere and great range of products.
Terrible service, we got sold a product that didn’t work and only got told to contact the manufacturer, they weren’t willing to help in any way. Way over priced and the quality is very poor

The team at this store have gone above and beyond to help me every time I'm in the store as I have trouble finding the right items for family and friends gifts they also help out with making sure i get the best price they can give me! well done guys should be a 10/10 not just 5 stars for the amazing service :)
Staff are honestly the nicest people you can meet, excellent choices and always has stuff that other stores don’t get.
